Spiros was born in Denmark and is currently based in London. He is the recipient of many awards including: Creative Circle UK gold in 2001, silver in 2000, Campaign Poster Awards 2007, Cannes Lion Gold in 2002, D&AD in 2001, 2003, 2005, Epica bronze in 2005 and Graphis Photoanual 2007.

Serveral of his portraits are in the collection of The National Portrait Gallery London.

He is a member of The Association of Photographers London and of D&AD.
