Sumeco is the online identity of Dutch designer Theo Aartsma. Theo completed his Bachelor of Multimedia in 2006, and has been working full time as an interactive designer for one of Hollands leading web-agencies since.

In late 2006 he switched his focus from New Media to graphic design, creating work that combines digital and traditional techniques to explore themes of nature, technology and urban culture. Conceptualizing and developing new and innovative techniques is a concept goal for Theo, as he seeks new ways to combine design and illustration into one unique and seamless form.
